This training explores restorative yoga as a tool for nervous system regulation, stress and burnout recovery, chronic illness support, pain management, and emotional processing. Participants will learn how to skillfully design and lead restorative yoga classes and more, with an emphasis on creating safe, inclusive, and deeply nurturing environments. The Curriculum


Designed to be spacious, supportive, and deeply experiential, this training offers a balance of education, practice, and integration, allowing the learning to land not just cognitively, but somatically. Throughout the 20HR training, you will learn how to effectively support:

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Boston

Meet Maggie


As the lead trainer for the Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification, Maggie Winter guides participants with care, clarity, and deep respect for rest as both a practice and a path. She creates grounded, accessible learning spaces rooted in nervous system awareness, inclusivity, and embodied presence. Maggie has been teaching yoga since completing her 200HRr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at AIYTT in 2008 and holds specialized certifications in Children’s Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Chronic Illness. She is also a Reiki Master and certified in Polarity, offering energy-based healing within her community.
