Live and teach an authentic practice on and off the mat

This in person Yoga Teacher Training will bring you beyond the basics and physical practice of yoga; expect to explore spiritual teachings as we dig deep into ancient yoga philosophy to learn the healing and therapeutic applications of yoga. Our collaborative program is designed to nurture your authentic and unique style and honor the practice of yoga, whether you choose to teach or not. During this process you will unlayer and learn about yourself through the deep exploration of self through exploratory workshops and deep study of the Yoga Sutras and Philosophies.

Our program has been thoroughly designed to provide a foundation of knowledge and understanding of the depth of yoga teachings, and to inspire lifelong learning and development to continue. Training Modules include yoga philosophy, anatomy, trauma-informed teaching, teaching styles and sequencing, the chakra system, Pranayama, Ayurveda, alignment and sequencing for Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal, the business of yoga, yin… and so much more.

The Salty Buddha Yoga Teacher Training Experience

Our experiential curriculum is designed to empower students through interactive teaching, thoughtful discussion and self-exploration to appeal to many styles of learning and embody yoga in all forms. Throughout the training you will be provided with a strong foundation on the many aspects of yoga that will allow you to deepen your practice and share the gift of yoga with others.

Location

Our in person training takes place at the Salty Buddha Yoga studio located on the North Shore in Peabody, MA - about 20 miles north of Boston! We will also meet virtually once per month!

Teachers + experienced students! Enjoy a smart, progressive approach to building a sustainable handstand practice. This workshop breaks down key anatomical principles to help students develop strength, stability, and confidence upside down.
