MEET YOUR TEACHER

Willa Worsfold

Born in NYC, raised in the Berkshires, and shaped by years of movement and study, I discovered my yoga soul in Chicago. Yoga gives me space—within my joints, my breath, and my mind. It’s helped heal chronic pain, soothes my anxiety, and fuels a lifelong love of learning and teaching.

I teach people—real bodies, real lives. My Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation classes and trainings blend strength with softness, creative flow with grounded technique, and practical mindfulness with a touch of poetry. Expect some sweat, a little laughter, and always a restful, guided savasana.

For over 15 years, I’ve assisted, created, and led 200- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. My own education includes an extensive blend of private mentorship and public programs, including a 200-hour certification with David Magone and a 300-hour Yin Yoga training with Josh Summers.

Family is my foundation, and community is my compass. I teach to connect—to myself, to others, and to the shared human experience.
