This training blends movement, music, and anatomy to give you the knowledge and confidence to lead dynamic, safe, and engaging barre classes.

Our in person training takes place at the Salty Buddha studio located on the North Shore in Peabody, MA - about 20 miles north of Boston!

No prior teaching experience is required! This training is designed for both aspiring instructors and dedicated barre enthusiasts looking to deepen their practice. We’ll cover everything you need to feel confident leading a class!

That’s totally fine! Many participants join simply to refine their technique, improve their form, and gain a deeper understanding of barre. Whether you want to teach or just grow in your practice, this training will be valuable.

Yes! Upon completion of the full 20-hour training, you’ll receive a Barre Teacher Training Certificate that qualifies you to teach barre classes at studios, gyms, and other wellness spaces.

Attendance is important, but we understand that things come up! If you need to miss a session, we’ll provide options to make up the content so you can still complete the training.

Yes! Early bird pricing ($599) is available until February 7. Additionally, Salty Buddha Autopay Contract and Yearly Members also receive the early bird rate. After February 7, regular pricing is $799. Please note your payment also comes with a free unlimited month of classes at the studio!
