Are you ready to Daydream?

Escape the business of everyday life and join us for a ONE DAY retreat, DAYDREAM, an intimate end-of-summer retreat designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect before the season shifts. Set against the peaceful backdrop of Felix’s Family Farm, you'll begin with a grounding yoga practice in the beautiful Yoga Yurt, followed by rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge experiences, a fresh nourishing lunch, Bunny Yoga, walks through the Lavender Fields to make your own bundle to take home and guided journaling to create space for reflection and renewal. With time to wander and frolic amongst the lavender farm, breathe deeply, and embrace the slower rhythm of late summer, you'll be invited to rest, recharge, and simply be. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and inspired, carrying a renewed sense of clarity and intention into the months ahead.

DAYDREAM: Retreat to What Sets Your Soul Free

Join Lindsie and Sadiya for Daydream, an intimate late-summer retreat at the beautiful Felix’s Family Farm in Ipswich, MA. A thoughtfully curated day to slow down, soften, and savor the fleeting beauty of the season.

Bathed in the abundant energy of the August Full Moon, we'll gather for a day of intentional rest, reflection, and renewal. There is something truly special about pausing beneath a full moon; a time of illumination, gratitude, and release. Together, we'll embrace this powerful moment in nature's rhythm, creating space to let go of what no longer serves us while gently calling in the intentions we wish to carry into autumn.

Surrounded by rolling fields, fragrant lavender, and the peaceful beauty of Felix’s Family Farm, we'll begin the day with bunny yoga in the Yoga Yurt before integrating the rest of the day. We’ll then have time to wander through the blooming lavender fields, harvesting and handcrafting your own lavender bundle to bring a little piece of the farm, and your intentions, home with you. After exploring the farm, we’ll nourish our bodies with a fresh lunch from Sol Bean.

After lunch, we'll head into a rejuvenating sauna and cold plunge session. To intentionally close out the day together, we’ll settle into a Full Moon Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra practice, allowing the body and mind to melt into deep rest. Our Full Moon
Ceremony will weave together guided
journaling, reflection, intention setting,
and an intuitive card pull, offering space
to integrate the day and reconnect with
your inner wisdom.

Retreat Leaders

Lindsie is a yoga teacher, retreat host, and space holder devoted to creating experiences that help people reconnect to themselves and to nature. Her teaching blends strength and softness, combining powerful, athletic flows with grounding practices that invite reflection and release.

Through her retreats, Lindsie curates intentional weekends that balance movement, ritual, connection, and play. She believes in creating environments where students feel both supported and empowered — whether they’re exploring arm balances, participating in a letting-go ceremony around the fire, or simply slowing down enough to breathe deeply.

Daydream is an extension of her passion for cultivating warmth, depth, and meaningful community.

Sadiya is a yoga teacher specializing in Yin yoga and guiding others to heal from within. After spending years searching for healing through external sources, she discovered that the real transformation begins when we turn inward. Once she unlocked the power within, everything shifted — her heart softened, her mind found clarity, and her life aligned in ways she never imagined.

Sadiya’s teaching style is meditative, intentional, and deeply nurturing, inviting students to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where people can release what no longer serves them and step into their highest potential.
