Aromatherapy: A sensory ritual created especially for you. Grounding, clarifying, and/or uplifting essential oils are thoughtfully chosen to complement your astrological Sun sign, your unique personality, and the dreams you are calling into your life.
Restorative Yoga: Melt into deeply restful yoga postures supported by an abundance of cozy props. Each shape is an invitation to surrender, soften, breathe, and let the body be held... creating space for stillness and restoration.
Seven-Chakra Sound Guided Meditation: Journey inward through the seven major chakras: Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, and Crown. Each energetic center becomes an invitation for visualization and vibration. Guided by the singing bowls, this meditative chakra-scan journey encourages you to explore your inner landscape and release with a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and embodied awareness.
Personal Sound Immersion: Surround yourself in the ethereal resonance of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments. With your permission, select instruments may also be gently played on/above the body, allowing the vibrations to be felt as well as heard. Let the sounds wash over you as you drift into a deeply peaceful state.
